 First-in-first-out principle (FIFO). Materials that are put into inventory first will be given priority when they are distributed, reducing the storage area and material quality risks, and improving the value of materials and the efficiency of warehouse use.

 Lock location principle. A material is fixedly placed in a storage location, the physical storage location must be consistent with the information recorded in the ERP system. This realizes the orderly stacking and systematic management of materials and improves the storage efficiency.

★ The principle of special materials is not allowed to misappropriate the corresponding order materials.

 ABC management principles of inventory:


The quantity of Class A materials may only account for 10 ~ 15% of the inventory, but the value of the goods may account for 60 ~ 70% of the inventory value;

The quantity of category B materials may only account for 20 ~ 35% of the inventory, but the value of the goods may account for 15 ~ 20% of the inventory value;
The quantity of C materials may account for 50 ~ 70% of the inventory, but the value of the goods may only account for 5 ~ 10% of the inventory value.
Therefore, it is necessary to strictly control the key minority and the minor majority, that is, to strictly control the two types of materials, A and B.

"Six no entry" principle:

1. Those who have a delivery note but no physical objects cannot go through the storage procedures;

2. If there is a physical object and there is no original delivery note or invoice, the storage procedure cannot be processed;
3. If the quantity, specification and model of the incoming material and the delivery note are different, the storage procedure cannot be processed;
4. If the IQC test fails, and there is no signature of the leader to agree to use, it can not go through the storage procedures;
5. If you don't do the storage and use it first, you cannot go through the storage procedures;
6. If the delivery note or invoice is not the original, you cannot go through the storage procedure.

 "Five not issued" principle:


1. If there is no picking list, or the picking list is invalid, materials cannot be issued;

2. If the procedure does not meet the requirements, materials cannot be issued;
3. Unqualified materials cannot be released unless approved by the leader;
4. Materials with wrong specifications and uneven accessories cannot be distributed;
5. Materials that have not gone through the storage procedures cannot be distributed.


  One-time delivery principle:


   The materials must be shipped out of the warehouse accurately, in a timely manner and at one time. The materials used in the production line must be pulled back to the location of their own production line, and they cannot be stacked in the scope of the warehouse to avoid errors and confusion.


  Access control principles:


1. Except for the material management personnel and the handling personnel due to work needs, other personnel are not allowed to enter the warehouse without approval;

2. It is strictly forbidden for anyone to carry materials privately when entering or leaving the warehouse;
3. When there are guests inspecting, they must be accompanied by personnel above supervisor level to enter the warehouse.

 ★ The principle of "everything is done every day, every day is clear and every day is high":


1. At the end of each day's work, each warehouse manager needs to perform self-confirmation and verification of relevant accounts on the day to ensure the balance of accounts. For the deficiencies, it needs to be discovered and improved in time to further improve the warehouse management level.

2. Daily inspection of the material storage location should be conducted at least 1 or 2 times to ensure the quality, safety and 6S status of the materials in stock. In addition, it is necessary to ensure that the materials are correctly identified. For non-compliant materials, they must be returned to the supplier or placed in the return area to avoid confusion.
3. The documents of the warehouse manager must be passed to the order recorder on the same day, and the documents of the order collector must be entered into the system on the same day.
